TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Answering a technical questionnaire lets us find out about your installation, operational needs and opportunities for improvement. This study does not include travel to your site.
Take advantage of one of our technicians being in the area to compile technical information about your use and results with bags/cartridges and your filter installation. This is on-site and the final report will include photographs, comments, proposals and conclusions for improvement by the ICT FILTRATION technician.
Option A: support.
The ICT FILTRATION technical team offers support for the customer’s maintenance department to change filter bags. On the basis of analysis of your products and mechanical installation, this support service makes difficult things easy and helps you to achieve a perfect set-up and operation of your whole filtration system.
Option B: replacement
This service goes beyond technical support in replacing bags: a specialist team from ICT FILTRATION makes the changes. This saves considerable time and, above all, involves a full guarantee of the operation of the installation once the replacement process is complete. The service also includes a check on the filter to detect any faults.

– Vibration and state of the fan motor.
– Visual inspection of dust in the filter flue.
– Noting the pressure differential in the filter in cases where an indicator is available.
FILTER STOPPED
– Holes in casing, hopper and ducts.
– State of fan casing and suction pipes.
– Pulse system and flue.
– Opening chamber to check the state of bags/cartridges.
– Spotting leaks using fluorescent leak detector powder and UV light.

Corrective Maintenance
MAIN JOBS
– Changing bags and cages (bag holders).
– Changing valves, solenoid valve membranes, etc.
– Changing shut-offs.
– Changing bearings and blades in fans.
REPAIRS, IF NECESSARY
– Cages.
– Blower pipes.
– Perforating structures.
– Ducts and hoppers.
This consists of a study and review of the essential parts of the filter with the installation stopped, and the measurement of pressures, flows and temperatures with the installation running. The aim is to make sure the right products are used and get the best performance possible out of the installation.
