Chemical company increases its production capacity with the TrébolCAD TMS-800 screening machines
A major company specialising in chemical coatings and substrates has significantly increased its production capacity and reduced operating costs by installing two TrébolCAD TMS-800 circular screening machines supplied by ICT Filtration Group.
The TrébolCAD TMS-800 sieve shakers, manufactured in AISI304 stainless steel with a matt finish on the outside and bright polished inside (Ra < 0.5), have improved the efficiency of the filtration process. These units, with two levels of 25µm (0.025mm) mesh and a top cover with sight glass, have been custom designed with DN150 clamp inlet and outlet connections, and customised electrical control panels.

With the installation of these two screening machines, our customer obtains fine, lump-free textures, adding value to the final product. In addition, the double screen configuration allows for continuous cascade separation, optimising the production flow.
