Growth is the word that best describes my career at ICT FILTRATION. In the years since I joined the firm in 2016, I have played different roles in different departments, leading up to my current responsibility as Commercial Technical Advisor. This has enabled me to get to know the internal workings of our organisation broadly, directly and comprehensively, and of course to enrich my professional experience and baggage. The new professional stage I embarked on in 2019 as an Advisor is a challenge I am passionate about: surpassing myself, meeting the new challenges I come up against with dedication and effort, continuing to grow both personally and professionally. But work isn’t everything. I’m a big fan of sports. Basketball has been part of my life since I was little. A sport that has taught me and helped me to work in a team, to take decisions and at certain times and in certain circumstances, to take the initiative and lead. The mountains, cycling and paddle are other sports I enjoy with friends and also with colleagues. They help me to switch off and enjoy my spare time.
